Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and related trades, with the ability to perform a variety of service and repair tasks in commercial and residential settings. The Service Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in both commercial and residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist with assembly of plumbing components and systems as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each project
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing services or related construction trades such as carpentry or HVAC is preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation is essential
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading
- Experience working with heavy lifting, basic math calculations, and assembly tasks is highly desirable
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience in commercial driving is a plus
- Prior experience in troubleshooting complex plumbing issues in both residential and commercial environments is advantageous

Pay: $24.93-$52.26 per hour
