Great Events Catering, a Calgary-based catering and hospitality company, is hiring Setup & Operations Crew to help prepare, operate, and dismantle hospitality venues for the CPKC Women's Open 2026 in Edmonton.
This is a temporary position running from August 10–25, 2026.
- Set up and dismantle hospitality tents and event spaces
- Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies
- Move tables, chairs, bars, and event furniture
- Assist with event logistics and operations
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Support the operations team throughout the tournament
- Previous event setup, warehouse, labour, or operations experience is an asset
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working long shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A valid driver's licence is an asset
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
