We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in B2B markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, telemarketing, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining customer loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales performance
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to sales efforts
- Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new markets and potential partnerships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
- Background in marketing or business development is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to understand complex technical products and convey their value propositions clearly
