Willingness to learn proper handling and use of dishwashing equipment and cleaning chemicals
Familiarity with bakery equipment and utensils is an asset but not necessary
Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, trays, pots, pans, utensils, and bakery equipment by hand
Maintain clean and organized kitchen and food preparation areas
Ensure equipment, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and ready for use
Restock clean items in designated storage areas
Assist with retrieving supplies and products from bakery and storage areas
Remove waste and recycling materials and transport them to designated collection areas
Clean and maintain garbage and recycling containers
Support the bakery team in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Working Environment
A fast-paced and energetic work environment
Exposure to warm kitchen areas, commercial dishwashing equipment, and occasional noise
Access to walk-in coolers and freezers
Regular standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the shift
