Titans Fire Greek Grill — Now Hiring
Titans Fire Greek Grill is a new fire-grilled Greek concept opening in Scarborough, built on fire-grilled proteins, bold finishing sauces, and food we're genuinely proud to hand across the counter. We're building this team from the ground up — the people we hire now are the people we build the company around.
We're hiring for both the front counter and the kitchen. Tell us in your application which side you're drawn to, or if you're open to both.
Front of House — what you'd do
- Greet every guest like they matter, and take orders accurately and quickly
- Build bowls, pitas, and platters to spec on the assembly line
- Handle payments and keep the order queue moving during rush
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and drink station clean and fully stocked
- Answer questions about the menu with confidence — we'll teach you the food
Back of House — what you'd do
- Execute daily prep: sauces, marinades, pickles, vegetables, portioning
- Support the grill line and finish proteins to temperature and spec
- Follow food safety, temperature, and labelling standards without shortcuts
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready — before, during, and after service
- Receive and rotate stock, and support opening and closing procedures
What we're looking for
- Reliability. You show up, on time, ready to work.
- Speed under pressure without losing accuracy.
- A clean, organized approach to your station and your work.
- Willingness to learn our systems — we train, we don't expect you to arrive knowing our menu.
- Restaurant, kitchen, or fast-casual experience is an asset, but not required.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset (we can support you in obtaining it).
What we offer
- $18–$20/hour to start, based on experience and role, plus tips
- Real advancement — Team Lead and Manager roles will be filled from within as we grow
- Hands-on training on the grill line and full scratch prep
