We're looking for a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at Dale Veterinary Clinic!
As the welcoming face of our clinic, you'll be the first person our clients and their pets meet when they walk through our doors. Whether you're greeting an excited puppy, comforting a nervous cat owner, or helping our veterinary team stay organized, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience for every patient and client.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting pets and their humans with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answering phones, booking appointments, and helping clients with questions
- Managing patient records and keeping schedules running smoothly
- Processing payments and handling client check-ins and check-outs
- Assisting with prescription refill requests and appointment reminders
- Assisting with inventory-related tasks and coordinating product and food pickups
- Supporting our veterinary team and helping the clinic stay organized
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a veterinary expert, but you do need to:
- Love working with people and animals
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Stay calm and positive during busy days
- Feel comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Bring a team-first attitude and a sense of humor
Previous reception, customer service, or veterinary clinic experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right person.
