Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every guest experiences a spotless and welcoming environment. Your dedication to hospitality and attention to detail will contribute directly to our guests’ satisfaction and our hotel’s reputation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens as needed to enhance guest comfort
- Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with laundry duties and other custodial tasks as assigned
- Report to Housekeeping supervisor and manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
