Job Summary
We are seeking 58 experienced professional spray, brush, and roller painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction painting, restoration, and industrial or commercial painting projects. This role involves applying paint and coatings with precision and efficiency across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a solid understanding of schematics and blueprints to ensure high-quality work that meets client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to accurately execute projects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing tasks.
- Perform rigging as needed for elevated or hard-to-reach areas during painting operations.
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting, restoration, residential or commercial painting projects.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, spray equipment, brushes, and rollers.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and construction plans accurately.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques and surface preparation methods.
- Familiarity with industrial painting processes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience with rigging and carpentry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Construction background with a focus on safety protocols and quality workmanship is essential.
Pay: $17.65-$30.00 per hour
