This is a local position based in the Lashburn/Lloyd area. Please note that relocation and living accommodations are not provided.
What You'll Do
As an Oilfield Labourer, you'll work alongside experienced operators while gaining valuable hands-on experience with oilfield equipment and operations. Responsibilities include:
- Assist operators with loading and unloading liquid products.
- Safely operate around various types of oilfield equipment.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and professional condition.
- Participate in daily Pre-Job Safety Meetings, monthly safety meetings, site inspections, hazard assessments, and near-miss reporting.
- Identify and help mitigate workplace hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and complete Pre-Job Safety Meetings with on-site personnel.
- Deliver professional, respectful customer service while representing Scorpion Oilfield Services.
What We're Looking For

Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Assets (not required):
- Previous oilfield or related industry experience.
- Familiarity with oilfield equipment.
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR, H2S Alive, CSO, ODA, and Confined Space Entry certifications (or willingness to obtain).
