At Fiddleheads, we're your trusted source for supplements, natural health and beauty products, health foods, and fresh smoothie bar offerings — and for over 25 years we've helped the Kitchener–Waterloo–Cambridge community make informed choices in their quest for a healthier lifestyle. We take pride in selection, service, and quality, and we build lasting relationships with our customers. We're hiring Smoothie Bar Staff at our Bruce Street store in Kitchener.

- Craft smoothies and smoothie bar menu items to recipe — fresh, fast, and consistent
- Give every customer a warm, friendly experience and answer menu questions with confidence
- Ring through sales at the register (POS training provided)
- Prep ingredients — wash, chop, portion — and keep the bar stocked through your shift
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards; keep equipment and surfaces spotless
- Grow your product knowledge through supplier webinars, trainings, and education sessions
- Pitch in with the wider store team during quieter bar periods
What we're looking for
- Food service or customer service experience is an asset — we'll train the right person
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, and natural foods
- Outgoing, with strong communication skills; education or experience in natural health or nutrition is an asset (not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working at a steady pace
- Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability that includes some evenings and weekends
- Food Handler certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one — we can help)
What we offer
- $17.60–$18.50 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Staff discount on in-store purchases
- Paid training and real room to grow — we promote from within
- A supportive, health-focused team environment
