About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can help us bring in new customers and grow our business.
We provide commercial printing, signage, banners, vehicle graphics, custom wallpaper, window graphics, laser-cut products, and other custom business solutions.
The right person should be confident speaking with customers, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least two years of sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Find and contact new potential customers
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and in person
- Understand what the customer needs and recommend the right product
- Prepare estimates and explain pricing clearly
- Follow up on open quotes and sales opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and completed sales
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Help increase repeat business from existing customers
Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident speaking on the phone and meeting customers
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to follow up consistently without needing reminders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers at the same time
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other basic computer tools
- Able to understand measurements, pricing, and basic calculations
- Reliable, professional, and responsible
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following industries is an asset:
- Printing
- Signage
- Promotional products
- Marketing or advertising
- Packaging
- Construction or renovation sales
- Business-to-business sales
- Vehicle graphics or wraps
