Spectrum Creative Interiors is growing, and we’re looking for someone who knows both Microvellum and architectural millwork.
We’re a custom commercial millwork shop in Pickeribg, building projects for healthcare, institutional, commercial, and specialty interiors. We need someone who can take architectural drawings, create accurate shop drawings, and generate production-ready information for the shop and CNC.
You should have:
- Experience with Microvellum
- Experience in architectural millwork or custom cabinetry
- Strong knowledge of cabinet and millwork construction methods
- Familiarity with current industry hardware, including drawer systems, hinges, slides, specialty hardware, and manufacturer offerings
- The ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- A practical, problem-solving mindset
You’ll be:
- Producing shop drawings and production drawings
- Programming projects in Microvellum
- Generating CNC-ready files and cut lists
- Applying practical construction methods and hardware solutions during the detailing process
- Working with project managers and shop staff to keep projects moving
- Helping improve our systems, standards, and workflows as we continue to grow
- Staying current with new hardware, materials, and manufacturing methods that can improve our products and processes
We’re not looking for someone to simply push buttons. We want someone who understands how millwork is built, knows the difference between a good detail and a bad one, and can think through challenges before they reach the shop floor.
Compensation will be based on experience.
