We’re looking for a full-time experienced Sales & Marketing Executive who will take the lead in growing our partnerships, building strong industry relationships, and positioning A-Gig in the market. This role combines strategic marketing with a strong emphasis on business development, helping us bring leading organizations, NGOs, and enterprises onto our platform and building the foundation for global scale.

What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective customers into paying clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Present A-GIG's solutions to prospective clients and partners, clearly articulating value and business impact.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and strategic partnerships across sectors including research, non-profit, finance, climate, healthcare, and technology.
- Lead partnership development efforts by identifying, engaging, negotiating, and onboarding organizations, NGOs, academic institutions, and corporate partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with executives, researchers, industry leaders, and key decision-makers to support long-term growth and collaboration.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives that position A-GIG in the market, strengthen brand awareness, and drive adoption.
- Plan and lead marketing events, webinars, workshops, and industry engagements to increase visibility, generate leads, and foster community engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, identify emerging market opportunities, and recommend growth strategies to expand A-GIG's reach and impact.
- Collaborate closely with product, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales and business development (required)
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales (required)
- Strong track record of building partnerships and driving B2B relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in outreach to NGOs, institutions, and enterprises
- Experience in marketing campaigns, outreach strategies, and pipeline management
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-intensity startup environment
