The role is ideal for someone with a warm personality who genuinely enjoys working with people. This full-time position is perfect for someone who's looking for meaningful full-time work (30-35 hrs/wk), or simply wants to be part of a positive, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and positivity, manage check-ins, and assist with basic questions.
- New Patient Assessment Coordination: Assist doctor with assessments and help gather results.
- Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage records, and support billing and insurance processes.
- Patient Education: Share wellness tips and basic info about chiropractic care and exercises.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Qualifications:
- A friendly, people-first attitude (non-negotiable)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and social media skills
- Respect for patient confidentiality (PIPEDA-compliant)
