Role Description:
The Business Development Director is a performance-based and fully remote role. You will lead initiatives to identify, create, and secure new business opportunities that align with our business mission and revenue goals. This position offers the flexibility to collaborate virtually with global peers while directly driving business growth and impact in the personal development and education space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans.
- Marketing: Run marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Client Relations: Follow up with prospective clients and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and peers.
- Account Management: Manage clientaccounts, including regular communication, CRM updates, and invoicing.
- Growth: Participate in ongoing personal and professional development through online courses and live events.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional working experience.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms is a strong asset. Relevant Training courses will be provided.
- Eligibility: Must be an English-speaking Canadian resident with a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
Pay: From $250,000.00 per year
