Production Supervisor

Cape Cod Finished Wood Siding, a division of Marwood Ltd., is looking for a driven and dependable Production Supervisor to join our team. Marwood Ltd. is a leading producer of premium forest products serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets across North America and Europe.
Location: 1948 Hammonds Plains Road
Schedule: 4-week rotating day/night shift schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate employees to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to support efficient operations and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support employee onboarding, training, cross-training, and development.
- Participate in employee performance and accountability discussions.
- Maintain accurate production records, payroll hours, and other administrative duties.
What You Bring
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment and processes.
- Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, with reliable transportation.
- Previous supervisory and/or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
