This position offers competitive hourly pay plus commission.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional skin treatments, including Hydrafacials and chemical peels.
- Conduct skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on skincare and post treatment care.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional client experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver the highest standard of care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in a medical or non-medical spa following completion of an aesthetics diploma, certification, or graduate training.
- Current certification and practical experience with:
- Hydrafacial
- Chemical Peels
- Certification and/or experience with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Microneedling
- CO₂ Laser Treatments
- Carbon Peels
- Tattoo Removal
- Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and treatment contraindications.
- Ability to create customized, results-driven treatment plans.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to follow treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
