Your role
To support our growth, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance (FP&A) team and help improve business performance through insightful analysis, strong financial management, and strategic partnership.
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting our Marketing team by guiding investment decisions that drive profitable growth.
What you will accomplish daily

Lead the financial evaluation of innovation projects by developing strong business cases, building P&Ls, and providing strategic recommendations on the financial viability of new product launches.

Own and continuously improve the innovation pipeline tracking process, ensuring accurate forecasting, stage‑gate governance, and visibility on key financial and operational performance indicators.

Provide financial leadership throughout the innovation lifecycle by assessing performance against business case assumptions, identifying risks and opportunities, and issuing actionable recommendations.

Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing teams by influencing investment decisions and providing financial insights that support brand growth, innovation priorities, and long‑term strategic objectives.

Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses that provide clear insights and support decision‑making at all levels of the organization.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance reporting processes, analytical tools, and data management practices.

Collaborate with and influence cross‑functional stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to align assumptions, timelines, and financial objectives while driving successful business outcomes.
What you need to join our team

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

CPA / CMA designation is an asset
-
Minimum of 7 years of relevant finance experience, including 2–4 years as a financial partner to Sales or Marketing teams, or in a related analytical role

Experience building financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses to support decision‑making
-
Ability to translate financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with SAP, Excel Cubes, or similar systems is considered an asset
