Position Summary
The Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for customers while providing administrative and operational support to the shop. This position is responsible for customer service, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring the office operates efficiently while supporting the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Welcome customers professionally and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Direct customers to the appropriate staff member when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Scheduling & Appointment Coordination
- Schedule service appointments for the primary location.
- Coordinate appointments for customers for the Campbellton sister company.
- Confirm appointments and communicate schedule changes with customers and
- technicians.
Work Orders & Vehicle Intake
- Scan and document each vehicle upon arrival.
- Open and commence work orders accurately.
- Complete final vehicle inspections and documentation prior to customer pickup.
- Ensure all work orders are complete before invoicing.
Invoicing & Payment Processing
- Prepare accurate customer invoices upon completion of repairs.
- Process customer payments using approved payment methods.
- Submit payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare end-of-day deposits.
- Organize and reconcile paid and outstanding invoices and receipts.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with Office Manager regarding customer payments, outstanding balances,
- and payment-related inquiries.
- Maintain organized customer files and shop documentation.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records.
Shop Support
- Ensure shop supplies, including rags and general consumables, are stocked and
- available for technicians.
- Support technicians when required.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Parts Manager as workload permits.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
The successful candidate is expected to:
- Work collaboratively with the Shop & Parts Manager and the rest of the team to build a strong understanding of the business.Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation
- Hourly wage of $27.00 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

- A consistent four-day work week, with regular hours Monday through Thursday with Friday’s off.
- Two (2) weeks of paid vacation annually including paid statutory holidays after probationary period.
Bilingual (English and French) applicants are preferred, as we serve customers throughout Greater Moncton and the surrounding communities. However, candidates who are fluent in English and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
