We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to accelerate growth across Canada. What You'll Do
As the face of Rollon by Timken in your territory, you'll combine technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic selling skills to drive profitable growth and expand our market presence.
Your Mission:
· Grow and expand sales throughout your assigned territory
· Build trusted partnerships with OEMs, integrators, distributors, and end users by delivering customer-focused solutions
· Develop and execute annual territory business plans that identify opportunities, drive market penetration, and exceed growth objectives
· Prospect, target, and win new business while growing existing customer relationships
· Identify key accounts and develop strategies to penetrate and expand business within those organizations
· Manage customer projects from initial opportunity through successful implementation
· Partner with our High Tech Distributor (HTD) network to maximize market coverage and sales effectiveness
· Become a trusted technical resource by mastering Rollon's portfolio of linear motion and automation products
· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage opportunities through CRM, and provide accurate forecasting
· Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each customer's unique challenges
· Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
· Represent Rollon by Timken at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits throughout Canada

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Engineering degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial field sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling automation, linear motion, robotics, motion control, or related industrial technologies
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss engineering concepts and application solutions confidently
- Proven track record of developing new business and growing strategic accounts
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, and complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and driven to achieve results
· Must be authorized to work in Canada & the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship is available for this position)
- Must reside within 90 minutes of a major airport
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the territory, including overnight travel
