As an Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for working directly with our clients and caregivers to assist with coordinating our day-to-day operations. You will preform the following main duties and responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
- Assist clients with scheduling, changes to service, and billing questions
- Provide support to the care team including scheduling, time off requests, etc.
- Assist with billing and processing invoices
- Digitize files to the electronic health record
- HR functions including calling applicants, verifying credentials, etc.
Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Post-graduate Education is an asset
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is an asset
- Interest in working with seniors
- Possess a valid Class G2 or G Ontario Driver's License is an asset
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite, Gmail, Drive.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Availability:
- Hours of work are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Approximately 24 hours (3 days) per week, flexible schedule
- Possibility of full-time depending on business needs
Pay: $22.00 per hour
