Position 1: Full-Time Closing Supervisor

About the Role
As a Closing Supervisor, you'll be the captain of the ship at the end of the day — keeping the team motivated, the kitchen running smoothly, and our guests leaving happy. You'll lead by example, ensure all closing procedures are completed to standard, and make sure every shift ends on a high note.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the closing team through a busy end-of-day service
- Ensuring excellent customer service from open communication to the last guest out the door
- Overseeing food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards during closing hours
- Coaching and motivating team members to work together efficiently
- Completing closing duties including cash reconciliation, cleaning checklists, and securing the restaurant
- Addressing and resolving any guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
- A natural team player who leads with positivity and gets the best out of the people around them
- Strong customer service skills — you genuinely enjoy making people's day
- Availability to work until 12:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, plus up to 11 additional closing nights per week (flexibility is key!)
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in food service or retail is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable — the team counts on you
