Start your construction career with Welcome Home Construction. We're hiring a reliable General Labourer to support our field crew on commercial and multi-unit sites. This is a real on-ramp to the skilled trades — strong, dependable labourers move into apprenticeships and grow with the company.
What you'll do
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
- Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist tradespeople with concrete, excavation, roofing, and waterproofing tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures and direction from the site supervisor.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, hard-working, and safety-minded.
- Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work year-round.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Steel-toed boots and reliable transportation to sites.
