Housekeeper
Job Description
Overview: This position is responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in residents' suites, common areas and support area as assigned, while meeting or exceeding Maxwell quality standards. This position requires good physical health.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and light dusting
- Cleaning and disinfecting resident's bathroom(s)
- Stripping of bedding and washing of linens and towels
- Removal of resident trash and recycling
- Use safety precautions in all housekeeping services
- Report any needed repairs immediately to General Manager
Qualities and Skills:
- Experience in housekeeping/ laundry is preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Works well unsupervised
- Polite demeanor and neat appearance, able to comply with company dress-code
- Dependable, able to maintain a good record of attendance and availability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
