We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, maintaining ongoing communication to understand their needs, provide solutions aligned with their business objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals that benefit both parties while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and sales campaigns.
- Utilize GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for insights.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for growth.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales is preferred, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Strong business development capabilities with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing client information and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated account management expertise with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate colleagues, and foster a positive sales culture.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
