Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of high-touch surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met and upheld
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injurie.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in all tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately
- Reliable with a positive attitude dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
