Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Painter / Metal Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting metal surfaces and industrial products while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking.
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to metal products and components.
- Use spray guns and other painting equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Mix and prepare paints and coatings as required.
- Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter, Metal Painter, or Spray Painter is preferred.
- Experience painting metal surfaces is required.
- Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and finishing techniques.
- Experience using spray guns and painting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
$22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
