Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to enhance their purchase experience
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive, organized, and fully stocked shelves that highlight key products
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive interactions
- Maintain organized store environment through effective time management and adherence to company standards
- Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to educate customers effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing top-tier customer service
- Technical sales experience or merchandising background can be beneficial in understanding product features and benefits
