We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time permanent positions with an immediate start. We are looking for candidates seeking a long-term opportunity who will have strong daytime and evening availability from September onwards. Because many of our busiest shifts occur during the day, this position is not suitable for applicants returning to full-time studies in September.

Compensation

- Shared tips averaging approximately $5–$10 per hour, depending on shift and store volume
About the Role
Krave Kulture is a busy, high-volume specialty dessert shop where teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential. We are looking for individuals with previous work experience who can learn quickly, stay organized during busy rushes, and consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve products quickly and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock products and monitor inventory throughout each shift
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, café, or food service experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically active work
- Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Candidates with full daytime and evening availability after summer will be given priority
