Job Summary
TSCG is proud to offer an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Site Supervisor. TSCG currently has a variety of projects ongoing and upcoming including interior fit ups, tenant improvements, as well as commercial/retail and food service fit outs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site daily construction activities and report to PM & Sr. Management.
- Prepare and maintain construction schedules, order materials and schedule trades & vendors as required.
- Maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders & trade partners.
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work with strict deadlines.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints for detail and constructability.
- Attend pre-construction, kick-off and ongoing project meetings with project manager & operation manager.
- Perform carpentry and general labour as required.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of TSCG's safety program on an ongoing basis. TSCG currently utilizes software to more efficiently enable this.
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
- Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to PM & SR. Management.
- Working closely with architects and other professionals.
- Staying up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
- Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff.
- Processing paperwork and travelling to multiple sites as required.
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
