Hybreed Contracting is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our growing team.
We're seeking a motivated leader with strong skills in framing, layout, blueprint reading, elevations, pre-planning, and material take-offs. The ideal candidate can effectively lead a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise carpentry crews
- Interpret blueprints and project layouts
- Coordinate material take-offs and job planning
- Ensure quality workmanship and project efficiency
- Maintain compliance with WorkSafeBC safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter
- Strong framing, layout, and blueprint reading skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a crew
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and inspections
