We are currently seeking professional, dependable Security Guards to join our team. This role requires individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team environment. Successful candidates will provide coverage across multiple client sites throughout the Niagara Region, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence and uphold site safety standards
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
- Liaise with emergency services and authorities as required
- Complete clear, concise, and accurate incident reports
- Deliver professional customer service to clients and the public
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid Standard First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, and patrol for extended periods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and long weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a law-related field
- Previous security experience
- Additional industry certifications
- Smart Serve certification (required for certain event-based assignments)
