- Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized and well-stocked
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as kitchens, lobbies, and hallways
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts
- Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation standards and confidentiality
Skills
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial cleaning settings
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
