Job description
Line cook station, production and storage of company HACCP certified recipes.
Job duties
Work directly with the head chef and kitchen production members
Cooking and preparation of our fresh food following our corporate recipes
Plan, prep, production of food station for service
Cleaning and sanitizing of work stations to maintain safe working environment
Maintain compliant in GMP’s, HACCP and H&S
Use of manual and electrical equipment to produce food program
Performs other duties, as directed by head chef
Requirements
Experience in the food industry with kitchen production
Feel comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
