General Laborer

Wage: $20-$30 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and quality of work.
Target Airspray is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Wheatland County. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to move into a full-time role for the right candidate.
This position is ideal for someone with farming experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Applicants must be willing to work with agricultural chemicals and be available to work 8-12-hour days, 5-6 days per week, depending on operational demands.
Candidates who are mechanically inclined are encouraged to apply, although this is not required. A Class 1 driver's license is also considered an asset, but not required
.Responsibilities
- Assist with general labor and day-to-day agricultural operations
- Work safely with agricultural chemicals and follow all handling procedures
- Support field work and seasonal operational needs
- Assist with equipment checks, basic maintenance, and general upkeep
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain a high standard of work. Work safely and effectively as part of a team
Requirements
- Farming experience is required
- Must be willing to work 8-12-hour days, 5-6 days per week
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Assets
- Mechanically inclined and Class 1 driver's license are an asset but not required
- Experience working with farm equipment or agricultural operations
