Two children: 1.5 and 3.5 years old
Own car + clean driving record required
First Aid required
Base hours:
Monday: 8:15–12:00
Tuesday: 8:15–5:15
Wednesday: 8:15–2:30
Thursday: 8:15–5:15
We’re looking for someone warm, proactive, playful, and highly capable — someone who loves toddlers/preschoolers and naturally helps create order from chaos.
This is not just babysitting. We want someone who can help create a full, grounded, engaging week for our kids with:
- Lots of outside time — parks, walks, backyard play, fresh air as the default
- Regular social connection with other kids — playdates, library storytime, classes, park meetups
- Age-appropriate activities that build language, motor skills, independence, imagination, and confidence
- A calm daily rhythm — not rigid, but not chaos
- Light household support that makes the home run better: kid laundry, snacks/meals, toys reset, bags packed, supplies noticed/restocked, and general kid-related tidying
We are not looking for a deep cleaner. We are looking for someone who understands that caring for kids includes caring for the environment they live in.
The right fit is someone who:
- Has a genuine “I’ve got this” instinct with young kids
- Can plan a week, not just wing the day
- Brings real warmth, steadiness, and playfulness
- Is comfortable taking ownership without being micromanaged
- Notices what needs to be handled and helps make life smoother for everyone
- Wants something long-term
If tidying, resetting kid spaces, and helping the home feel calmer sounds annoying or beneath you, this probably won’t be the right fit.
But if you walk into kid chaos and naturally think, “I can make this smoother,” we’d love to meet you.
