We are currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative to provide front line support in our fire equipment division. This position will be responsible for supporting customers directly in day-to-day activities, achieving sales goals and objectives, and providing a first-rate customer experience throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions, inquires, and special requests through various channels promptly
- Work with customers to create and provide solutions to for their needs or requests
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests; following procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
- Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other departments as necessary
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma/Vocational training and/or hands on experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
- Previous experience with ERP software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service & time management skills
- G license
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
