Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facility. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and sanitary environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning within hospitality or industrial settings, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic. Prior hotel or custodial experience is preferred, but we value individuals who are eager to learn and committed to excellence in cleanliness.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and special requests
Pay: $15.25-$17.00 per hour
