Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, Laser, Electrolysis and eyelash extensions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized skincare advice.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate students clients on skincare products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience and maintain high levels of hospitality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to provide clients with the best services available.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations.
- Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and product demos is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction.
