About Soul Prism Therapy
Soul Prism Therapy is a group psychotherapy practice in Vaughan, Ontario offering in-person and virtual sessions across Ontario. Our team brings culturally informed care and diverse lived experience to support clients across a wide range of concerns. We work with children, teens, adults, couples and families and our practice values relational, trauma-informed, and integrative approaches to healing.
We are growing and looking for a skilled clinician to join us on a contract basis.
The Role
You will carry an independent caseload, see clients in person at our Vaughan location or virtually (depending on the needs of the clients), and maintain professional standards in line with CRPO guidelines. This is a contractor position so you set your own hours within client demand windows, and you will be supported by a collaborative, values-aligned team.

Firm Requirements -
- Master's degree or equivalent graduate-level education in a counselling-related field (required for CRPO registration)
- Active registration with CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or RP (Qualifying)
- Availability on evenings and/or weekends - this is a firm requirement; daytime-only availability is not a fit for this role
- Ability to see clients in person in Vaughan, ON on a regular basis
- Training in at least one modality beyond CBT (e.g. EMDR, somatic therapies, expressive arts, IFS, psychodynamic approaches, DBT, ACT, or similar)
You'll stand out if you have:
- A defined clinical niche or specialty population - example children, prenatal, postpartum, couples etc.
- Experience with children, teens, or families
- Training in expressive arts or art therapy
- Additional language fluency beyond English

Pay: $75.00-$120.00 per hour
