Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Esthetician / Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in esthetic laser treatments, experience working with different type of lasers, and a strong background in customer service.
As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laser services while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
Duties and Role Expectations
- Work closely with our skin care team and doctors
- Conduct client consultations
- Perform esthetic laser treatments, including but not limited to hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.
- Create detailed treatment plans and performing a variety of laser and medical aesthetic procedures.
- Front desk coverage, and scheduling appointments for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain sanitation standards for all equipment and treatment areas to ensure client safety.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, skin care, and esthetic treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Must Have
- A valid Certificate/Diploma in Esthetics, Laser Technology or related field
- Exceptional customer service
- An eye for detail and an absolute passion for all things skin
- Ideal candidate must be pro-active with sales
- Extensive knowledge of skin care products
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of esthetics and laser technology.
Other Requirements
We desire someone experienced and committed to the success of the organization and growth within.
Must be available full or part-time, and be flexible to do an occasional evening/weekend shift.
