We are looking for a reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a maintenance technician. The ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal skills, as communication and customer service is key in the hotel industry. The roles and responsibilities of a houseperson/maintenance technician include:
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Manage heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
- Paint walls, and stairwells
- Mop, dust and disinfect lobby and common areas
- Assist with guest requests (extra towels, sheets, etc)
- Assist with housekeeping occasionally
- Fix dry Wall
- check and maintain the pool area and pool system
- Test and balance chemicals in the pool.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
