Big Sky Fitness is looking for passionate, energetic, and motivated Zumba Instructors to join our team!
As a Zumba Fitness Instructor at Big Sky Fitness, you will lead safe, engaging, and high-energy group fitness classes that inspire participants to reach their health and fitness goals. You will create a welcoming and inclusive environment while delivering fun, well-structured classes that accommodate a variety of fitness levels and abilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion for dance and fitness while helping others build confidence, improve their wellness, and enjoy an active lifestyle.
Qualifications
- Current Group Fitness Instructor Certification (e.g., Fitness Alberta, CanFitPro, ACE, AFAA, NASM, YMCA, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Valid instructor liability insurance
- Previous experience teaching Zumba or similar dance-based fitness classes is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
- Ability to clearly demonstrate movements and provide effective instruction
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout each class
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, fitness, and fun through movement
- Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive experience for all participants
