- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Senior Project Coordination, Construction Administration, Executive Assisting, or Corporate Administration.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Position Type & Compensation:
This is an Independent Contractor (1099/Contract) position. Compensation is 100% performance-based tied directly to portfolio results, with no base salary or hourly cap.
