WSSI is an Okanagan-based team, building commercial playgrounds across British Columbia. We’re seeking a crew lead—someone skilled in carpentry or construction—ready to lead a small, hands-on team on seasonal projects. Expect significant out-of-town travel during the season. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 an hour, depending on experience. We value leadership—someone who can guide a small crew, solve on-site problems, and ensure quality results.
