This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients by effectively addressing their pest concerns.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Apply appropriate treatments handling commercial grade pesticides
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while handling chemicals and equipment. (PPE)
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of pest control services to clients.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery relevant to pest control tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose pest issues accurately and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and providing clear explanations of services offered.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and accurate record-keeping.
