Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable part-time/full-time Lash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have experience in eyelash extensions and a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty. This role involves providing exceptional eyelash extension services, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to a welcoming salon environment. The Lash Technician will also engage in retail sales and upselling to promote additional products and services, ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to return.
Qualifications
- Valid Nova Scotia Eyelash Enhancements Licence (required)
- Licensed Esthetician is considered a strong asset
- Previous experience in eyelash extension services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability is an asset
Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extension applications
- Conduct lash fills, removals, and aftercare consultations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
- Ensure all tools and equipment meet sanitation standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Assist with appointment scheduling and client records
- Work collaboratively with our makeup artists and beauty team
Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour
