What we want
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Property Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with tenant inquiries, and supporting the overall maintenance and management of properties.
Duties (What you will do)
- Data entry tasks to maintain accurate property records and tenant information.
- Assist in tracking maintenance requests and manage property operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and relationships by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the coordination of property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors.
- Telephone, email and face-to-face communicating with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Perform occasional routine maintenance, inspections, cleaning and repairs as required.
- You will balance work in in the field (10-15%) as well as time in the office (85-90%)

Experience (What you bring)
- Previous experience in property management, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales or customer relationship management is beneficial.
- Experience in Marketing on multiple platforms, including Social Media, is an asset
- Proficiency in office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing schedules with proven accuracy and problem solving abilities.
- You will have some experience with basic home maintenance and a set of hand tools. You drive and have a reliable vehicle.
