Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring high-quality flooring installations. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in flooring and construction trades to contribute to residential and commercial projects.
Duties
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix and apply epoxy resins accurately according to project specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools such as trowels, rollers, brushes, and mixers to complete flooring installations
- Perform surface leveling, caulking, and sealing to ensure a smooth, durable finish
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols throughout all phases of installation
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience with flooring installation, epoxy coating application, or related construction work
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Prior handyman experience or background in construction preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installation processes
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are advantageous
- Commitment to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
