Responsibilities:
- Prepare and roll sushi (maki, nigiri, specialty rolls, etc.)
- Maintain high standards for food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous sushi rolling experience is required
- Reliable and punctual
- Availability for evenings and weekends is an asset
